TF9100 Single Phase KWH Meter Test Bench

TF9100 single phase kwh meter test bench is used to test single phase energy meter (up to class 0.5), can do warm up test, starting test, no load test (creep test), error test, dial test, tests of the influence quantities and test of repeatability of the measurements.

  • TF9100 single phase kwh meter test bench accords with the standard of “IEC60736: 1982 testing equipment for electrical energy meters”
  • The bench can be used to test single phase energy meter (up to class 0.5)
  • The bench can do warm up test, starting test, no load test (creep test), error test (accuracy test), dial test, tests of the influence quantities and test of repeatability of the measurements. It can also preset testing point to specify test scheme.
  • The single phase kwh meter test bench adopts the PWM technology to amplify voltage/current output, which makes power source efficiency better than 85% and lower the heat. If features low heat, good load performance, high reliability, and has function of malfunction checking, protection and alarm.
  • The signal source is using the newest digital controlled sine wave technology for frequency amplitude and phase adjust, can generate sub-harmonic wave and odd sub-harmonic wave. Amplitude and phase of harmonic wave can be set freely.
  • The single phase KWH meter test bench uses comparison technology to test the error of energy meters
  • The bench uses the error processor system to calculate the error of each energy meter by the sub-error system, which can be connected by the internal RS485.
  • Different constant energy meter can be tested simultaneously.
  • Voltage is isolated by MSVT (multi secondary voltage transformer) output, which suits for the voltage/current close-link test of single phase energy meter.
  • Opto-electronic sensor can offer 3 ranges adjustment. It also can be accepted the signal for both round-style energy meter and digital LED energy meter.
  • The test bench has the auto-search black mark function which can precisely locate the black mark during the no load test and starting test so as to improve efficiency.
  • The bench can choose to operate by keyboard or PC which is very convenient.
  • The working status of bench can be seen very clearly and easy to operate.
  • Our singe phase kwh meter test bench uses the testing software complied with WINDOWS98/2000/XP which can auto-test different energy meters.
  • The software can realize the data from energy meter for statistics, search query and management.
  • The energy meter hanging rack is made by aluminum alloy. The whole device configuration is a reasonable design and nice appearance.
  • Adding optional 1012 clock tester, can carry out accuracy test on output second impulse of multi-function meter, and can also choose to convert to day error to display
